I wish to present to u my white soup (ofe nsala) don't mind d color. White soup is our local soup prepared in our local way.
Recipe: stock fish, dried or roasted fish, smoked fish, snail, crayfish, palm oil, maggi, salt, thickner small quantity of vegetable (uziza). Etc
Preparation: wash and cook all the fishes together wit seasoning, then set aside. Wash snail properly and cook adding small seasoning too. Add the snail to d already cooked fishes, allow to boil together. Then add palm oil and ur thickner, allow them to boil for few minutes add crayfish abd and correct ur sesoning, put the vegetable and the soup is ready. Serve with any choice of swallow, drink water and relax for digestion.
