Hi again dear friends!!
This time I want to share with you my lunch made by me, I also want to tell you that I love cooking, I am a fan #1 of cooking and food too.
I like healthy food, low in calories and little carbohydrates so that's why I prefer to cook myself and try not to eat too much out. Besides that I live alone, I work and I try to manage my money very well and give priority to the necessary things.
Anyway..
My menu for today was Cream of pumpkin or pumpkin soup and I accompanied it with a simple Chop suey and in my own way, the truth is I eat little and as I already mentioned I cook only for myself so my recipes are usually very simple, practical and fast. This time it was super delicious and that is why I want to share my recipe with you today.
I will start with the cream of pumpkin, although it is quite common and easy, and I know that many know it. But everyone has a different way of cooking so I'll tell you how I make my cream.
Ingredients:
- 1kg Pumpkin
- 50g of Chives in branch or 3 twigs
- Half of 1 onion
- 20g coriander or 2 twigs
- Salt
For preparation
I usually chop up the pumpkin then peel it, but you can also chop and peel it after it has boiled. For me it is better to peel it before.
Chop the rest of the dressings into large pieces and in a pot, place them next to the ayuma, add enough water and salt to taste.
- Boil enough to see that the squash is completely soft and the onion is transparent.
- Finally, we pour the soup into the blender and beat until it is super creamy, we make sure it is well salted and serve
Now we go with the Chop suey Vivi style.
Chop suey is usually known as a recipe high in vegetables, but I invented my own super simple, quick to make and the best thing is that we need very few ingredients, therefore it is something cheap. Here I show you ...
Ingredients:
- 100g of Beef
- 50g bean sprouts
- Half an onion
- 1 minimum piece of ginger
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- Salt
Preparation:
Chop the meat into pieces and the onion into julienne strips
Place the 4 tablespoons of oil in the pan next to the meat, the onion strips, a very small piece of ginger and sauté over low heat.
- When the meat is fully cooked, add the bean sprouts and salt to taste, sauté a few more minutes and that's it. We serve our plate
&... Bon Appetite!
This is how I eat lunch most of the time, without many seasonings, I try to be as natural and nutritious as possible to stay healthy.
The truth was that it was a very simple but very exquisite lunch and really cheap. I hope you like it and you liked my lunch and my post ..
