#Egusi is a west African name for the seeds of plants like squash, melons and grourds that, when dried and ground become a staple ingredient in many west African dishes.

                           Ingredients

meat
fish
fresh pepper
onions
salt
Maggi cube
palm oil
crayfish

                            preparation

I washed the meat, fish and put them inside the cooking pot and i also added fresh pepper, onions Maggi cube and salt. I put everything together and placed it on fire but i didn't put water i only use the water from the meat because it will enable the ingredients to sink in to the meat and also the fish.
when i found out that there is no water again in it, i then put the water the water that will be enough for the soup. i allowed iHere is my egusi soupt to cook when the meat is soften i then put my egusi and Palm oil I now allowed the egusi for some minutes before it get ready and i bring it down from the fire.
