In a landlocked country like Hungary it is difficult to find fresh fish for cooking. But this weekend I visited our local fish shop which had a nice collection of fresh fish, some african catfish and some golden dorado.
I decided to make a nice family lunch where the fish was paired with some Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes. Half an hour cooking later the results were there:
