The temperature has now dropped below the freezing point, which means, I had to disconnect the water in my outdoor kitchen to prevent the freezing of the water system in my outdoor kitchen.
Now it will take at least 4 more months before I can go back to my grilling hobby and cook delicious dishes like this.
A skillet with fresh vegetables (half of them from our garden), some drumsticks on a cast iron plate and some on the grill. A toast dripped in the meat liquids and grilled after, and finally some mushroom skewers to make the meal complete.
And of course all sprinkled with an Oregano infused olive oil
