Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup of skim milk

2 cups frozen raspberries plus more for garnish

2 bananas cut into chunks, frozen

ice cubes

optional stevia

Instructions

step 1.

In a blender, add the frozen bananas, then the raspberries, and finally the milk, stevia, and yogurt; puree until smooth.

Step 2.

Add the ice cubes.

step 3.

serve and garnish with French fries.

step 4.

enjoy.

  1. Raspberry Green Tea Smoothie

1 cup of cold green tea

300g raspberries and more frozen

1 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons protein powder (optional)

ice cubes

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Process until smooth.

Serve in a glass, place some chips to decorate.
