Preparing Africa's prestigious Soup

This is one of our delicacies In Africa, Nigeria to be precise.

But the people of the south south part of Nigeria really enjoy this food because is their native food.
Nowadays there is no limit or boundary as to where food can reached food knows no culture as long as is healthy and nutritious to the body.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION OF SPINACH

You have to know the nutritional information of spinach, it content; chenopodium album, magnesium, zinc and little of calcium and some of the macro nutrients which is very vital for human growth and development.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED FOR OUR PRESTIGIOUS VEGETABLE SOUP

pumpkin leaf
Palm oil
Dry fish
Stock fish
Okra
Crayfish
Pepper
Maggi(I prefer star cube )
Salt to taste and beef.

PROCEDURE FOR COOKING

Firstly ,you have to wash your spinach leaf three to four times so as to be sure that there is no sand on it.

Then you chop your spinach leaf and set it aside.

Now is turn to boil your stockfish to be soft, because the stockfish is always hard. After that you wash your dry fish and set it in the same pot with your stockfish also your meat .i used beef here because i liked beef.

Add all your seasoning and boil to soft.
When your meat ,stockfish, dry fish is soft ,at this point, you must have added your pepper, crayfish and the rest of the ingredients.
Here is the main part of our prestigious vegetable soup😋😋😋😋😋

Gentle pour your okra inside the boiling pot of soup,before you pour in your okra you need to put your palm oil first .

Allow your okra to cook for like 2-3 so as to look fresh🤗🤗🤗 please don't over cook your okra, so that you would not loose your nutrient in it.

Here comes the big one😀😀😀😀😀 the final stage ......am smelling the aroma already😁😁😁😂 pour in your pumpkin leaf and you can use any swallow of your choice to eat it.

WHAT CAN I USE TO EAT IT?

Well you can use any of the swallow of your choice to eat this delicious meal, like semovitta, garri (i.e)cassava flirt, fofo for those of us in Nigeria and wheat and any other swallow you choose.
