Hola Amigos de SteemFood; hoy les traigo una receta sencilla, económica y rápida para esos días que tenemos un antojo de un munchy y no sabemos que; para estos maravillosos churros vamos a necesitar:

Hello Friends of SteemFood; Today I bring you a simple, inexpensive and quick recipe for those days when we have a craving for a munchy and we don't know what; for these wonderful fritters we are going to need:

Ingredientes:

250gr Harina todo uso (wheat flour all porpuse)
250ml Agua (Water)
1cdta Sal (Salt)
2cdta Azúcar (sugar)
1cdta de mantequilla (butter)

Colocamos en una olla, el agua, la sal, el azúcar y la margarina y esperamos que rompa hervor.

We put the water, salt, sugar and margarine in a pot and wait for it to boil.

Una vez haya roto hervor, agregamos toda la harina de un golpe y con una paleta de madera procedemos a batirla hasta formar una masa pegajosa pero firme y homogénea.

Descripción

Con una boquilla estrellada fina, la colocamos en manga o en una bolsa de no tener y empezamos a dar la forma a cada uno de los churros. Mientras vamos dando forma a cada uno, colocamos nuestro sarten con abundante aceite a calentar; ya que debe estar a alta temperatura cuando vayamos a agregar los churros.

Así como pueden observar en la imagen, se deben freír en abundante aceite y a alta temperatura, apenas el aceite empieza a burbujear; probamos con uno y cuando empieza a burbujear podemos agregar el resto para que se vayan cocinando, cuidando que no se peguen entre sí.

Pueden acompañarlos con solo azúcar, azúcar y canela; en mi caso, los acompañe con una salsa de chocolate que venden en el supermercado.
