PROCEDURES
I washed and cooked the meat with maggi and salt. When the meat was boiling, i poured in my washed stockfish and dried mangala into the same pot and allowed it to continue boiling.
I mixed the cocoyam powder with red oil and poured it into the pot, i added ogiri and the needed quantity of maggi, pepper and crayfish then I covered the pot to continue boiling.
I shreded the oha and uziza leaves, sliced and wash them. I added the leaves to the boiling stock and allowed to to boil for 2mins befor bringing it down.
