Method: Fry

Ingredients:
Minced pork 100 grams, Vermicelli 100 grams
Ginger 3 slices, soy sauce 1 spoon, 2 scallions, chili bean sauce (or LaoGanMa) 1 spoon,
Sugar 1/4 spoon, Vegetable oil 1 spoon, Water 100ml
Step 1:
Soak the vermicelli in boiling water to soften, remove and cut, and drain the water
Step 2:
