Hello lovelies, how are you doing?am here to talk about how i prepared my native dish called ( Banga soup) Banga is the local name for palm fruit in my language
INGREDIENTS USED

1::::: Banga (palmfruit) 1.5 steem
2:::::meat flesh. 2 Steem
3......fish. 2.5 Steem
4.......salt. 1/2 steem
5.......dry pepper ( grinded) 1 teaspoon
6........Banga spices. 1/3 teaspoon
7........Banga stick. 0.5 Steem
8.........2cubes of Maggi seasoning
9......... waterleaf. 0.2 steem
10........ Crayfish. 0.5 Steem

METHOD FOR PREPARING THE 
INGREDIENTS.

1.... Wash the Banga in a clean water

2..... Put in a clean pot and add water to cover the Banga (palmfruit)

3....And put on fire to boil for 20 minutes
4....filter the water out.

5....pound in a mortar

6...pound till the seed separate from the flesh.

7....use warm water to wash and filter.

8... the filtered water serves as the water for your soup.

9.... wash the meat with salt

10....put in the pot and add a cup of water add a 1/4of salt , 1 cube of Maggi seasoning and a pinch of pepper to be tasty

11.... Put down after 20 minutes.
12....wash the fish
METHOD OF PREPARING THE SOUP
1.... Put the already filtered water on fire.
2... Put the Banga spice and the 1cube of Maggi seasoning and Banga stick.

3...put the the already steemed meat and fish

4....add 1table spoon of pepper and crayfish

And cover for 20 minutes ,and "FOOD IS READY"

I have prepared Banga soup severally but not with the Banga stick since I am just hearing of it. I'll surely ask for it next time.
