Sunday is a family day. On this day we used to gather and eat together. My husband and I loves to eat seafood. So,when we go home to my hometown we liked to prepare this dish. This is what we called the grilled stuffed bangus. It is called bangus in the Philippines and milkfish in English. Why it is called milkfish? Because of its white flesh and juiciness.
I will share to you on how to prepare this dish.
Ingredients:
*2 pcs.tomato
*1 pc.onion
*1 bundle lemon grass
*1kilo bangus
First ,prepare all the ingredients.
Second, peel the onion and remove the seeds of the tomato then slice it.
Third, stuff the fish with onion, tomato, and the lemon grass. Lemon grass is added to add aroma of your specially if it is grilled.
