My Grilled Stuffed Bangus

in hive-148497 •  3 years ago

Sunday is a family day. We used to gather every sunday and eat together during lunch. We love to eat seafood and one of our favorite is the grilled fish. So I prepared this grilled stuffed bangus. We chose bangus because of its white flesh and juiciness. By the way, it is called bangus in the Philippines and is considered as the national fish and in English it is called milkfish.
I will share to you on how to prepare this recipe.

Ingredients:
*1pc.onion
*2 pcs. tomato
*1 bundle of lemon grass
*1 kilo fish

Second, wash the ingredients. Peel the onion and remove the seeds of the tomato. Then slice.

Third, stuffed the bangus by placing inside the fish the onion, tomato and lemon grass. The lemon grass adds aroma to the fish specially if it is grilled. Set aside.

Fourth, prepare the charcoal, match, and the grilling pan.

The grilled fish is best served with sauce. You can have the vinegar and soy sauce with calamansi.

You can try this at home using other types of fish.
