Ingredients:
250gr of butter
125 grams of brown sugar
125gr of icing sugar
½ bicarbonate
½ baking powder
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
1 egg
A teaspoon of vanilla
Salt
250 gr chocolate bar
Preparation
1.- Preheat the oven to 180 ºC. This will help ensure that they bake evenly.
1.- We beat the butter with a blender or for those who do not have one, it can be beaten by hand, recommended, a wooden spoon. Until it is very creamy, again add the brown sugar and the icing sugar, beat until there are no lumps of sugar.
2.- Separate the whites from the yolks, in the bowl with the whites and a pinch of salt, beat until stiff and 3 teaspoons of sugar to form a snow, we proceed to add it to the previous mixture with the butter and sugar. And we add the vanilla
3.-Sift the flour with the bicarbonate, baking powder and milk
4.- We beat until everything is well mixed
5.-On a small board or on a plate we grab the 250 gr chocolate bar and cut it into squares and add to the mixture.
