Spinach pockets with potato fritters
RECIPE:
Steps:
1-boil these potatoes
2-spices
3-mix it all in one bowl
4-wash and dry spinach leaves
5-then add chickpea flour, cumin seeds, red chilli, all spices(mixed) according to your taste and salt in one other bowl
6-add some cold water in it
7-then make spinach pockets filled with boiled smashed egg
8-coat spinach pockets with chickpea flour mixture and deep fry them
