Dear fellow steemians in this awesome community. This is my first time to post here in this community and i want to believe that my post will be welcomed and received in good faith.
Today, I want to a little tutorial to show you how i prepared my breakfast this morning.
First things first, below are the ingredients i used to prepare it.
- 3 Packs of Indomie noodles
- 4 eggs
- Onions
- Fresh pepper
- Scent leaf
- Fresh tomatoes
- Crayfish
- Seasoning powder
- Salt
- Groundnut oil
The first step is to get the ingredients ready.
I sliced the onions, scent leaf, fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes.
I parboiled the noodles and sifted the crayfish.
Now that were done preparing the ingredients, its time to start cooking...
First of all, I lighted my gas cooker and preheated my cooking pot before adding the groundnut oil, about 10ml. And then added the already sliced onions and a pinch of salt.
The salt here serves two purposes;
- To add taste
- To reduce smoking
Please note that this process is done with low or medium heat, to avoid burning your food. And don't forget to stir-fry.
The next step is to add the already sliced fresh tomatoes and fry for about a minute. Then add the scent leaf, seasoning powder, pepper and crayfish and stir.
For me, i decided to add a little palm oil.
This is optional though, but for me, there's a taste that palm oil adds to your food that i love.
After that, i added my parboiled noodles and mix everything with a cooking fork. Pictures below...👇
And boom! Your noodles is done.
Trust me, this recipe for cooking noodles is one if the best. The taste alone will keep you wanting for more. I'm sure someone is already salivating for a taste.

Now that we're done with the noodles, let's see how i fried my eggs in five(5) simple steps.
- Step One:
Wash your eggs and break them into a bowl. I used two eggs in this scenario.
- Step Two:
Add a pinch of salt, a little seasoning powder, some fresh pepper, fresh tomatoes, onions and scent leaf and stir.
- Step Three:
Heat up your frying pan and about 5ml of groundnut oil or vegetable oil. Make sure you spread the oil to cover the base of the pan and allow it to heat for about 5secs.
Then pour in your egg mixture into the pan.
- Step Four:
Allow it to fry for about 20secs, then turn to the other side of the egg with your frying spoon and allow it to fry. Repeat the steps until it's fully fried.
- Step Five:
Turn off your gas and dish out the fried egg and enjoy with your delicious noodles.😋😋
And that's how I prepared my breakfast. Noodles and fried egg.
