The dough is very simple, so here I took whole spelled flour, knead 100 grams of flour and 50 ml of water, let it rest a little.
Roll out dough pieces the size of a plum, fill, fold in to the sides and roll. A little tip, dust the dough pieces with cornstarch - no flour - when rolling thin.
Fry or deep-fry in oil at 160 degrees, drain on paper towels and, depending on your preferences, eat with a dip or just like that.
