This vegetable is a type of vegetable that grows in the water, it called Genjer in Indonesia. The taste is little bitter dan sweet, and the texture is crunchy and little watery.

This plant's Latin name is Limnocharis flava. In swamp areas we often encounter it because this plant is a plant in shallow water
