Material I:
6 pieces (450 grams) of plantains, cut into squares
150 grams of medium protein flour
75 grams of sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
450 ml coconut milk from 1 1/2 coconuts
75 grams of walnuts, toasted, long thin slices
Material II:
50 grams of medium protein flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
450 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
25 grams of walnuts, toasted, sliced long for topping
How to make:
Ingredient I: mix flour, sugar, and salt until blended.
Pour the coconut milk gradually, stirring until blended.
Add the plantains and walnuts. Stir well.
Pour into a 18x18x4 cm baking sheet lined with plastic.
Steam for 30 minutes until half cooked.
Ingredient II: mix flour, salt and coconut milk until blended. Pour over ingredients I. Sprinkle walnuts. Steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
