Have ever heard about palmyrah?
Palmyrah is a tree grown mostly in arid zones in the world.
Have you ever tasted Palmyrah cakes? Today I’m going to tell you about how to make a tasty cake with palmyrah.
Here are the things that you need to make the cake.
Ingredients
Flour -250g
Sugar -250g
Egg-4
Milk-50 ml
Coconut-4 tbsp
Oil -50 ml
Palmyrah puree-150 ml
Baking powder -4 tsp
Baking soda- 1tsp
Method
First take a pan and place the palmyrah fruit on it. Then heat it in very low flam till the fruit is cracked. Keep it aside.
Take a bowl and add the eggs into it.
Mix the eggs well.
Add sugar into the bowl while mixing the eggs. Mix well till the sugar dissolves with eggs.
Then add flour, baking powder and baking soda into it and mix well again.
Then add the palmyrah puree, milk, coconut and oil into it and mix well.
Get a baking tray ready and put the cake mixture into it.
Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes and bake the cake 40 minutes in 180 Celsius degrees.
Here is the cake ready to serve. The cake is so yummy and soft.
