Then pour all the mixed spices in the pan and stir over a low heat. Then I gently put the duck meat on top of the spices and add turmeric, salt and oil. Then mix all the spices and oil with the meat and put it in the oven with a little water at high speed to tanned the meats. The ones floating on the water or spices here are duck oil. The two ducks were well oiled. However, we leave it in the oven for a while until the water evaporates. Then after a while the water evaporates and when the meat is tanned, reduce the speed of the oven and add the fried potatoes and water to the meat to cook it completely. After giving water in this way, leave it in the oven for 20-25 minutes till the meat is cooked well. A nice color came out at the end of cooking the meat. Domestic duck meat is very tasty to eat. Once played in this way, the taste sticks to the mouth and you will want to eat it again and again.
