Warm greetings to everyone, hope everybody is doing well and enjoying life.
Morning
Today is sunday; its very special for me, reason is very simple, off from work and there is no alarm sound that can disturb me. But it was my luck, i got up at 5 a.m.
I felt weather is getting warm, on the ac and offered my Fajar prayer and Holy Quran recitation. I decided to sleep again, as i was feeling sleepy. I wake up at 10 a.m. feeling little hungry. I requested my sister i will wash clothes she made breakfast for me.
I wished to eat cheese paratha with butter. She went to kitchen to cook cheese paratha for me, i went to wash clothes, i am using automatic machine so washing is quite easy. In 3O minutes my breakfast was ready. I enjoyed my paratha with tea.
Afternoon
After this, on sunday i called to my anuty and younger sister and niece, normally i don't have enough time to make gossip with anyone. My niece was angry as i could not call him; he is only 3 years and very naughty. I request for chocolate and a tour to playland; he said now i am happy.
In afternoon i spent my time in cleaning my room and setting because normally its not possible to do all. At 4.p.m i decided to eat mangoes. Because its seaon going to end. I enjoyed mangoes.
Evening
My husband request to cook Kadhi Pakoras in dinner and honestly; i never cooked it because i donot like so much. I searched on youtube it was very easy.
Ingredients
Yougrt 250 ml
Gram flour 250 grams
Onion 2
Tomato 1
Ginjer garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Parsely few leaves
Red chillies 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 3/4 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
I take a pan, added oil and chopped onion, fry it till golden. Added ginjer garlic paste and chopped tomato, mixed well. After two minutes added all spices and cooked for 2 minutes. Take yougrt beat it well added two tsp gram flour in it. Put this mixture in onion gravy. Wait till boiled. Added two cups of water and lower the flame for one hour. It was done.
For pakoras I used
Two onion
Green chillies
Red chillies
Salt as required
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Dry Ciriander 1/2 tsp
Oil one cup for frying
- Take a pan, added chopped onion and all the spices, and remaining gram flour. Mixed with the help of water make a smooth paste of it.
- Take pan added oil wait till warm. Lower the flame put pakora mixture in it in small quantity. Golden it from both sides. Its done, drained excess oil with tissue paper.
- Put these pakoras in kadhi, and served it with nan, honestly it was so tasty, my family like it very much. Now, its time to iron cloth for next week. I ironed cloth and now its time for steemit. Its my sunday special diary hope you will like it. Thank you for reading my post.
