I woke up late today at around 10:30 am. I decided to cook heavy meal for brunch. So I decided to have PORK MENUDO .
Ingredients you need:

  1. Half kilo pork, belly part will do
  2. 1 big size carrot
  3. 3 medium size potato
  4. Tomato Sauce
  5. Pork Cubes / or any seasoning not gonna use msg
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper powder
  8. Garlic powder
  9. Oil
  10. Soy sauce

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat your pan in a medium heat then add at least enough amount of oil.
  2. Then start sauteing spices, put garlic first until it is a bit browned.
  3. Followed by chopped onions, wait until it is a bit translucent.
  4. Add the cube sliced pork
  5. Add 2 cups of water, soy sauce 3 tablespoon. Pork cubes for seasoning. NO MSG.
  6. Have it covered your pan and wait for at least 45 minutes until the pork meat is tender.
  7. Add the extender vegetables carrots and potatoes let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Now add the Tomato sauce. Wait until the sauce is thicken or you may add half a glass of water with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
  9. Brunch is ready!!! Serve the dish while hot. Enjoy!
