Mansaf is one of the traditional dishes in Jordan, and it is one of the most preferred main dishes in wedding ceremonies and banquets. In order to excel in preparing your trip, especially on occasions and special occasions, my lady’s kitchen team met with Mrs. Samira Basharat and she prepared the mansaf for us step by step. After you have finished eating the mansaf or any heavy meal, it is time for a cup of coffee. Here is the easy and fast way to prepare Arabic coffee.
Ingredients
Chopped lamb
- 1 kg yogurt
- 2 kg Jameed milk
- 500 g Egyptian rice, soaked and drained
- 6 cups eggs
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 chicken broth cube
- 2 vegetable oil
- three quarters of a cup of salt
- to taste Black pepper
- a spoon Small cardamom i cardamom
- 5 cloves Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 For serving: Almonds, peeled and fried
- 3 tablespoons Shrak bread - to taste
