Good morning stemmians, How have you been? Hoping that you are all in a good health.

As I stated in my first entry of this @steemfoods community, "in cooking we should start from the basic or from the simpliest recipe before learning complex recipe." I always taught to my self that I should learn cooking step by step.

Eating vegetables every day is important for outlr health because it provide essential vitamins, minerals that can help our body to be strong.

So now, I am going to share with you my new learned recipe and it is called "CHOPSUEY". Chopsuey is stired-fried vegetable dish that is cooked with meats.

Chop suey is a dish in American Chinese cuisine and other forms of overseas Chinese cuisine, consisting of meat and eggs, cooked quickly with vegetables such as bean sprouts, cabbage, and celery and bound in a starch-thickened sauce.

Here in the Philippines, chopsuey is being simplified to make it be "PANLASANG PINOY" and I cooked this in my own strategy. I HOPE YOU WILL ENJOY AS I TOUR YOU OF MY OWN STYLE OF CHOPSUEY!.
