How do we process cassava to give garri
We all eat garri but how do we process it, here are the processing steps
(1) Get your cassava from the farm
(2) pill it very well
(3) wash it with clean water
And then put it into a bag or basin
(4) Take the cassava to the mill
(5)To grind it
after which you put it in a bag that can help the water to dry up
(6)They will dry up the water in one day
(7)You sieve the grinded garri with the Siever
(8) Fry the garri
How To Fry The Garri
Set your fire,put ur pot on top it, allow the put to dry, if you need a yellow garri put a tea spoon of oil into the put then put in your sieve garri bit by bit and your garri is ready
