Hi guys am @elseyyid by steemit,i hereby use this medium to share my best food and its method of preparation with you guys.the food shown above is a popular meal eaten by most Nigerians most especially the rich ones among them,the food also always served in most ocassions done be it wedding,naming,burial,graduations,etcbecuase of it value to most people.
This food is been prepared with the combination of vegetables such as melon,onion,leafs,pepper,tomato,maggi,salt,and either meat,fish or skin.this listed items are used in the preoaration of the soup(egusi soup).
As for the prparation of the(pounded yam)boiled and well cooked yam pounded with mortal and pestles,ts is advisable to served it hot to make it more delicious
