4 egg whites
4 yolks
350g of Greek yogurt
100g of sugar
1 grated lemon
1 sachet of vanillin
40g of cornstarch
4 g of baking powder
Beat the egg whites until stiff. In another bowl, put the egg yolks, sugar and start mixing until you get a clear foam.
Now add the Greek yogurt and continue mixing.
Add the grated rind of the lemon, the vanillin sachet, the friend and the yeast. Stir and add the egg whites, mixing very slowly.
Pour onto a 24cm baking tray with parchment paper and greasy edges.
In the oven at 170 degrees for 40-45min (static).
