Introduce me Fadhil Aceh. This is my first time posting in this community. I want to be a part of the steemfoods community.
I want to introduce one of the foods from my area of Aceh. One of the provinces on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia.
His name is Mi Aceh, so this food is popular outside of its area of origin, although in our area we only call it noodles.
Aceh noodles are so special that apart from being mixed with Aceh's special spices, which are rich in spices, these noodles also taste crunchy.
Mi Aceh is usually served with additional shrimp, fish, crab, eggs, meat and so on. According to your taste.
It feels so good guys.
Cooking these noodles is not much different from noodles in general.
Maybe the only difference is the spices and the ingredients.
