Good morning steemit friends, how are you all? Hopefully we are all still in good health and can carry out our activities well today. On this happy occasion I will share the recipe for one of my favorite Acehnese culinary delights, namely Boh Rom Rom Aceh.
Necessary materials
Glutinous rice flour
Brown sugar
Grated coconut
Pandan leaves
Enough water
How to make
First clean the pandan leaves and blender then filter and take the water.
Then mix the glutinous rice flour with warm water then knead the flour in the water. Add cold water and stir until it can be rounded (try not to make the dough too mushy, just leave it hard and chewy).
Enter the pandan leaf juice that has been blended into the mixture then stir until well blended.
The dough is rounded and then filled with brown sugar slices, then boiled in boiling water.
After the dough floats, then remove and drain.
Prepare the steamed grated coconut, then add the boh rom rom until everything is covered in coconut.
The boh rom rom cake is ready to be served and eaten while it's hot.
