Greeting to all steemains

Hope you all are good and enjoying your lives.
Today I'm sharing food diary.

Lets move on to today's food diary


I get up early in the morning offered my Fajar prayer.After this walk half hour.

Breakfast


I wasn't in the mood to make breakfast today, so I ordered halwa poori with chany from the Hotel , which were very delicious.My breakfast will not complete without my tea.Tea is my morning partner.After breakfast i went to school.

Lunch

All teachers ordered pizza during school break.
The pizza was delicious.All the teachers ate pizza with great pleasure.Then came the gool gapay outside the school, then everyone ate gool gapay.

Dinner

For dinner I made chicken curry.It favorite dish of all family members.It's recipe is quite easy.I am going to share its recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR Chicken curry

Half cup ghee
1tbs cumin seeds
3 tbs ginger garlic paste
2 kg chicken
3-4 green chilies
6,8 tomatoes
3 onions
2 tbs red chili powder
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Half cup coriander

preparation of chicken curry

Step 1

Take a pan. Pour the little water ,add onion tamato green chilli and garlic start frying it. No need to chop the onion in thin sliced because we are going to blend it to make a smooth masala.

Step 2

Pour the mixture back in the pan. Add the oil and spices. And keep frying untill the water dried up and oil starts looking saparate from the masala.

Add the chicken and fry for 15minutes or upto The chicken gets a little softener.

Add For glasses of water for Curry mix it.
Keep cooking the curry for 10 minutes on medium flame.

cook for five minutes to get the curry a little thick.Cover it for 2 minutes to enhance the the taste of chicken in curry through steam.
Put off lid.The recipe is ready to serve.

You may garnish your curry with coriander leaves.Sprinkle a pinch of Gram Masala powder and serve it with garma gram chapati or may with boiled rice.
