- Mustard oil.
- 4 tablespoons salt.
- 5 tablespoons turmeric powder.

Methods:
Step 01:
First, I cut two chickens. After cutting, the meat is washed well with water and put in a container.
Step 02:
I peel the potatoes. After peeling, I cut it, wash it with water and put it in a container.
Step 03:
I peel the onions. Peel an onion and grate it Put the paste with the garlic in a mixer bowl.
Step 04:
Paste with cumin, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, dried chilli and ginger in a mixer.
Step 05:
I put the cut potatoes in a pan and fry them like red.
Step 06:
Put mustard oil in the pan and pour the cut meat in it. After pouring, put salt, turmeric, powder, bay leaves and all the spices in the paste on top of the meat.
Step 07:
I mix the spices well with the meat.
Step 08:
After mixing, the meat is left on the stove for 9-10 minutes to tan well. When tanning the meat, the meat should be stirred occasionally as the spices are likely to stick to the pan. As a result, it is better to keep the oven in medium flame and tanned meat.
Step 09:
When the meat is well tanned, add the fried potatoes.
Step 10:
Mix the potatoes well with the meat.
Step 11:
After mixing well, add water in it. Then cover and leave the meat for 12 minutes to cook well. I kept it in high flame for a long time today because I didn't put much broth in the meat today, I did a little tanning. However, after 12 minutes, when the cooking is done, I turn off the stove.
Step 12:
I put some meat in a container to eat.
