Materials for making
-1.5 cups of red lentils
-4-5 glasses of hot water
-1 potato
-1 carrot
-1 onion
-2 cloves of garlic
-4 tablespoons of olive oil
-Cumin
-Mint
-Chili pepper
-Black pepper
-Salt
How to make lentil soup?
Wash the lentils well and set aside to drain.
Peel the potatoes, onions and carrots and chop them coarsely.
Add the olive oil to the pot.
Then add the onion and garlic and fry. Add the carrots and potatoes and fry for a few minutes.
Then put the lentils in the pot
Add the water and spices and leave it to cook.
When the vegetables are soft, pass them through a blender and boil for a few more minutes.
