Flax bread
INGREDIENTS:
200 gr flax seeds
Any spices (I have salt and curry)
You can add honey and cinnamon instead of spices.
COOKING:
Rinse flax.
Pour boiling water over for 10-20 minutes.
Add spices. Resolve.
Put on a sheet of parchment. Dry in a convection oven for 1 hour at 110C.
If there is no convection, then the oven door must be slightly opened and dried for about 1.5 hours.
