I especially like to eat mushrooms for breakfast. However, sautéed mushrooms are an ideal meal served at every meal in the morning, noon and evening. I like more mushroom sauté. I tried this sauté for the first time and it turned out to be quite delicious. :) I recommend this to you. I mixed the two types of mushrooms and added spices to make a delicious mushroom saute.
Necessary ingredients for 1 person mushroom saute:
150 grams of oyster mushrooms,
150 grams of chestnut mushrooms,
1 teaspoon of thyme,
1 teaspoon of black pepper,
1 teaspoon of red pepper,
1 clove of garlic,
1 tablespoon of butter,
Half a teaspoon of salt.
First of all, we throw the mushrooms into the pan. After 4-5 minutes, the liquid of the mushrooms begins to emerge. We stir it occasionally so that the mushrooms do not stick. Meanwhile, we finely chop the garlic and make it ready. After the liquid of the mushrooms disappears from the pan, we add the butter. Then we throw the garlic and mix it a little. After the butter melts, we add black pepper, red pepper and thyme. We fry, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. And the wonderful mushroom saute is ready. :) This mix was really delicious. Definitely try this.
