Put the dough in the frigde overnight or for atleast 2 hours.
Meantime, make a chocolate filling:
Cocoa powder
Powder sugar
Sweet drinking chocolate
Chocolate ( I didnt have this on had so I didnt jse in mine)
Next, remove the hardened dough and roll it out with a rolling pin. Then spread your chocolate in the middle

After, take the whole thing and roll it up.

Ps: Remember er to apply a little water along the edges to help the dough stick together.
Next, take a knife and cut the roll into half lengthwise., leavimg one end uncut

You will then take the two pieces and place one on top of the other like a sort of braid.

Grease your baking pan and place your bread inside. Then cover with cloth and leave it to proof for about 2 hours.

Heat the oven to 350 degree and place your bread to bake. It takes around 30 mins but you can check readiness by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean, then its ready.
While its baking, boil a little water with sugar and let it cool.
After the bread is ready, take it out of the oven and pour the sugary water all over the top.
Let it cool and now you can enjoy your bread.
