Hey everyone,
Its been a few days since I posted. I want to share woth you a recipe I made over the week end. Its very simple and delicious to make.
Ingredients:
2 large onions
5 pieces garlic oves
3cm Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon cayenne
1 table garam masala
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 Tablespoon spanish paprika
2 tablespoon tomato paste
3 large tomatoes
10 large potatoes
1/2 kg liver
Capsicum and Dhania to garnish.
Preparation :
1Peel your potatoes and cut into chips size according to your preference.
- Wash and soak the potaoes in salty water for about 30 mins
- Dice the onions and tomatoes separately. Also crush garlic and gimger to form a paste.
- In a pan, heat oil fry the onions till golden brown. Add your liver in bits, dont overcrowd the pan. For about 8 mins till tender and not over cooked.
- Remove liver from fire and garnish with capsivum and dhania / parsley
For the masala sauce:
- Fry onions until golden brown
- Add garlic and ginger paste and continue frying.
- Add your spices
- Blend your tomatoes and add. Cook until reduced to thick paste. Add tomato paste.
For the chips:
1.Remove your potaoes from the salty water and dry them completely.
- Heat your oil in a deep pan or wok. When oil is hot enough, fry your potaoes in batches. Do not over crowd. After 5 minutes, remove from oil
- Re heat the same oil but this time make sure its extremely hot and refry your chips to get a golden soft result
- Take all the chips and add them to the Masala sauce and the add the fried liver.
Serve hot.
