Today I will share to you my Shrimp recipe with Crab Fat Paste.
Crab Fat Paste is made from roe or fats of crabs. This is a delicacy normally used for food flavors. This comes in natural or spicy flavors.
These Shrimp with Chili Crab Sauce is a must try and simple to cook.
This is loaded with a lot of flavors like sweet, garlicky and a little bit spicy.
And here are the Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo Big Shrimp
- 1 pc big tomato (chop)
- 1 pc onion ( slice )
- 3 cloves garlic ( minced)
- 3 table spoon banana ketchup
- 3 table spoon chili crab paste
- 1 table spoon soy sauce
- 3 table spoon cooking oil
- black pepper
- seasoning
- 100 ml of Sprite Soda
- spring onions for garnishing
Steps in cooking:
- First, chopped the tomatoes, slice the onions and minced the garlic.
- Next is, cut off the beard of the shrimp and wash the Shrimps thoroughly.
- Heat the oil in the and add the garlic, onions and tomatoes.
- Mix until golden brown. Then add the banana ketchup and the chili crab paste
- Mix again. Then add the Shrimps and the soy sauce. Continue mixing at least for a minute.
- After mixing, add the sprite Soda, black pepper, seasoning. Mix and simmer for at least 3-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the Shrimps turn orange.
Garnish with spring onions and now our Shrimp with Chili Crab paste is ready to be serve.
Additional tip:
After peeling the shrimp cover, dip the peeled shrimp on the sauce. Also this is best paired with rice.
