Good day steemians, It's been a while.
Today I will be sharing with you on how I prepared my egusi and oziza soup.
THE INGREDIENTS FOR THE PREPARATION
NAMES OF THE INGREDIENTS
- Meat and stock fish.
- Smoke fish and pomo
- Grounded cray fish, grounded flesh pepper,
- Slice oziza leaves, grounded Mellon
COOKING STEPS
I added the sauce together and put them in a clean pot for steaming, I steamed with salt, seasoning cubes, and onions and pepper.
Then i mixed grounded Mellon with warm water and onions.
Then I put an empty pot on the gas , and added palm oil , and add the mixed Mellon.
Then i added the sauce and turn it, and allowed it to boil very well.
Then i added pepper and cray fish and allowed it to boil and I add the oziza leaves
My delicious egusi soup is ready
