Today I will be sharing us Steps on how to prepare okro and ogbono soup with uziza leaf.
You can use any kind of meat, but today I'm using flesh fish and assorted meat.
Down here are the ingredients and there names:
Flesh fish

Before cooking, slice your okro and uziza leaves, ground your Crayfish, ground your pepper and slice your onion, mix your ogbono with little water,

PREPARATION STEPS

STEP1

I wash my flesh fish and assorted meat and put them in a clean pot, and steam with onions, pepper Maggi and salt, with little water.

After steaming it, set it aside.
I Put an empty pot on fire and add palm oil,

when the oil heat up, i add the mixed obgono and fry.
Then I added my steamed flesh fish and assorted meat,

I allowed it to boil properly.

STEP2

Adding of the ingredients:

I added okro

Then I allowed it to boil for few minutes
My okro and ogbono soup is ready.
