IN THE MORNING
I prepared boiled sweet potato with egg sauce, we love eating it because of the nutritional values. For instance sweet potatoes is rich with Fiber, in addition, sweet potatoes especially the orange purple varieties are rich in antioxidants that protect our body from free radical (unstable molecules that can damage our DNA and cause inflammation.)

PREPARATION
I washed and peeled my potatoes and then boiled and keep aside
Next I place frying pan on the fire add vegetable oil allowed to heat a little and then add salt and onion with cubes and stir,when the onion is soft i then add tomato paste .my paste has pepper already so i stir allowed it to boiled after which added little water,stir and taste and leave it to boiled the whisk eggs comes next and after that the pumpkin leaf and grinded crayfish for good taste i then let it boiled and bring down from fire and served with my already prepared sweet potato
