Ingredients:
- Milk
- Polao Rice
- Coconut
- Oil
- Bay leaves
- Cinnamon
- Date molasses
- First you need to take a quantity of milk in a container. I took one kg of milk to cook the pies.
- Then you have to add bay leaves and cinnamon according to the amount of milk you take.
- Then you have to add the amount of date molasses in the milk. Then you have to burn everything in the boil very well.
- After burning the milk in the oven for a long time, we will give the amount of coconut there.
- Then you have to add polau rice there. Then have to cook very well. Remember to shake everything a little at a time during cooking so that everything blends well with the polao rice.
- After keeping it covered for a long time, it should be shaken well. The better it is shaken, the more it will be testy to eat.
- After following all the above, your favorite paesh will be made.
- Then take them out of the oven and leave them in the fridge for a few hours. Because these date juice pies are much better to eat when cold.
