Hello everyone and to all #SteemFoods lovers. How have you been? It's been so hot within the whole day today. However, I am just enjoying my food all over. And I hope you are all doing great and well despite these trying times. For now, allow me to share with you my Food Diary Game for Season 2.


🥚PROTEINACEOUS BREAKFAST 🥚


I woke up so early in the morning to prepare for work, preferably at 3:40 a.m. Since I don't have much time in the morning, I just bought 1 boiled egg and 1 puto (puto is famous to us Filipinos which is made of sticky rice and wrapped in banana leaves) which cost 0.02 Sbd/ each. My board mate also gave me 2 boiled bananas and these are perfect for my proteinaceous breakfast. I just spent only 0.04 Sbd for my breakfast today and it saved all the way.

🧅LEGUMINOUS LUNCH 🧅


While working at home, it is an advantage to all of us that we can spend the 1 hour lunch break and can do what we want with that corresponding time. So I able to cook and made a recipe with what I bought in the market yesterday. "Legumes with Mixed Vegetables".

🫑 PREPARATIONS 🫑

• Chop the garlic and red onion.


• Wash thoroughly and prepare all other ingredients: Slice the bell pepper, carrot and potato, as well the beans.

• In a frying pan, put an amount of cooking oil and put the spices all along once heated. Let the aroma out.


• Put the beans along with the bell pepper. Mix well.


• Add the oyster sauce for it's taste.


• Add a little amount of water. Let it boil to cook the beans well.


• Add the carrots and mix well.


• Let it boil once.


• The last, but not the least, put in the potato. Mix well. Let it boil.


• Once done, remove from fire and transfer in a bowl to dig in.


Tadaaaa!!!! Lunch is ready.

After I took my 1 hour lunch break, I go back to work again.

🥭 FRUITY DINNER WITH BAM-I SPECIAL 🥭

I was relaxing after my shift when the other board mate knocked on my door and gave me this special bam-i that she cooked for dinner with matching ripe mango.

This special bam-i was very tempting and the ripe mango was as sweet as I expected.



Mostly during weekdays, I could not able to cook because of being so busy for work. But if I do have spare times, I would immediately cook as fast as I could because I do it during the 1 hour lunch break.
