Aceh Noodle as one of Indonesian special food

Hi everyone, this time I want to introduce to you one of the typical foods of Aceh, Indonesia. The food is Mie Aceh. Mie Aceh is noodles made from special ingredients that are only widely used in Aceh.
Basically these noodles are yellow noodles, however, with the many spices combined to make these noodles turn orange.

On a national scale, this noodle is already known by many people, especially since this noodle is one of the famous Indonesian specialties. Many in areas outside Aceh this noodle is sold, as I eat this example. I'm in Yogyakarta, the shop is called Duta Serambi. The stall is located in the Babarsari area, but in Jogja there are already 2 of these stalls located in the Gondokusuman area.

For the taste of Aceh noodles, it is definitely very delicious, the combination of spices and noodles from selected ingredients makes this noodle taste very good. However, for people who don't like dishes that contain a lot of spices, they may not like this noodle very much. In addition, there are now many Aceh noodle menus, initially there were only two basic menus, namely Aceh noodle soup and Aceh fried noodles, for other menus you can add shrimp, squid, chicken and so on.
