This was very delicious. The prime rib was rubbed with a spiced butter and put in the oven at 500F for 5 minutes each pound, and then left in the oven for two hours to sit. After the prime rib came out we made Au Jus with the drippings. The side was twice baked potatoes, which like it says in the name, you have to bake them twice. First, you bake them plain while cooking bacon. Then after the potato is done you cut it in half and take out the inside leaving a potato skin. Take the hot inside and mix with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onion. Then refill the skins with the mixture and put a layer of cheese on top. Then bake it a second time. A very easy meal that just takes some time to make.
