Hello Steemians from Steem Foods!
Today I bring the recipe for Couscous. From the last one I had brought the couscous from São Paulo.
It's super easy and fast.
Ingredients:
- Corn flakes
- Salt
- Egg
- Butter
- Appropriate pot
Place the corn flake with salt and water in a container and wait for about 15 minutes.
Then you will put water in the appropriate pot for this type of recipe. But you can do it in a bain-marie style too.
Put what was left resting for 15 minutes in the pan, wait for the water to start to warm up before placing the other one on top.
Then wait an average of 5 to 7 minutes.
Take it out of the pan.
Butter it around while it's still hot.
Prepare the eggs in a frying pan.
Mix and add at the end the couscous from the pan you just took.
Add more salt if you find it necessary in this step. And ready. Now just eat!

Opa, estás mandando bem na cozinha :D Por aqui, a farinha de milho é mais utilizada para fazer polenta, mas vou ter que experimentar este cuscuz aí, obrigado por compartilhar ;)
