Hello Steemians from Steem Foods!
It's been a while since I shared any recipes with you. So today I'm bringing something that I decided to invent this Saturday afternoon.
Waffles! But made in the sandwich maker, since I don't have my own for that. But it worked out really well. Check out!
Ingredients:
For dough
- Wheat
- Milk
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Salt
- Yeast
- Butter
For Syrup:
- Sugar
- Chocolate powder
- Maize starch
- Butter
First I separated the milk. Being a cup and a half to warm.
I also set aside two eggs and shakes.
Then in a bowl place 2 cups of wheat, with 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt and 4 teaspoons of yeast. Mix
Then add the eggs, warm milk and 1/3 cup of melted butter.
Now mix until the dough is one.
Ready! Turn on the sandwich maker and before putting the dough, spread the butter to avoid sticking.
Spread the dough evenly and close until well baked
Take or turn depending on the amount of your dough.
I cut it in half to make it better because it got too big.
For the syrup, add all the ingredients and bring to the fire and mix until it thickens.
Now throw the syrup on top and you're done!
Now you just have to eat! It was delicious, see?
