How I prepared the family recipe|| I created by myself and named, "garnished yam/ potato". 14:06:2021.

How is everyone doing today, I'm grateful to be here, I welcome you to go through with me on this journey of creating and preparing this delicious food call garnished yam or garnished potatoes created and prepared by me, thank you.

In the year 2017, God helped me to create this amazing meal. One day I was just tired of just cooking yam or Irish potato the normal way of peeling cooking and using stew or source to eat.

I sat down that day reasoning on another way to make it and still enjoy it, I came up with this method I gave it this name," garnished yam or garnished potatoes" I tried it that day and my family enjoyed it, ever since I adopted it into my family menu. You can use yam or Irish potato to prepare this delicious dish. And can be eaten in the morning as breakfast, lunch or dinner.

INGREDIENTS:
The ingredients to make this dish are in the open markets, also in the supermarkets every where and they're affordable too.
Yams or Irish potatoes
Liver of a Lama just a sizeable portion/ meat.
Green pee
Lettuce or cabbage
Carrots
Onions
Fresh pepper
Curry powder
Vegetable oil
Maggie
Salt to test.

PREPARATION
Peel the yam or the Irish potato
Slice in tinny measures or slice in Cubs.
Wash with clean water in a clean bowl.
Boil in the gas cooker or any cooking utensil you have, for 5mints.
Do not allow to over cook.
Bring down and sieve out the hot water and keep separately.
Begin to wash and slice the carrots, cabbage, onions and keep separately too.
Boil your liver or meat and keep.
Blend your fresh pepper and keep.
Open some Cubs of Maggie and keep.

METHOD OF COOKING:

Bring your clean port put on the gas cooker light up the fire, add your vegetable oil inside your port on fire. Allow to heat up a little. Then add all the chopped ingredients, turn them to mix up.

Add the already boiled yam or the potatoes mix everything together very well then add the curry powder. Make sure you mix everything together properly add Maggie and salt to test. Just add a little water for it to heat up, you know it's already cooked, it doesn't need much water at this point so as to get the sharp looks and the test. Remember it's not a yam or potatoes portage.

Allow to boil like 3mints, do not allow to boil longer so that those vegetables can remain fresh when eating, the food is ready to serve.
This meal is our family recipe, and our favorite meal, I prepare it for my family once in awhile. I posted it here for people to learn cook and eat healthy meals.
