INTRODUCTION
Hello friends and family it has been a while, how are you doing, trust you are all safe. Morr blessings to you all.
I will to share with us how i prepared delicious jellof Rice for my family, here are the ingredients i used to cook it.
Fresh tomatoes | Crayfish |
---|---|
3.Onions | 5 cups of Rice |
Meat | palm oil |
Pepper | salt |
2. Maggie | sent leaf |
Curry leaf |
Firs thig is remove sand from your rice and then put your pot on the fire with water to boil then you put rice inside to baboil, after that bring it down ti wash it very well and cook it.as desired.
Select the rice
Wash it very well
Put in your pot
Cook the rice
PREPARE ALL THE INGREDIENTS
- Wash your fresh tomatoes and blend it turn it in to seive ti drain the water and then dry it on fire a little.
Then Prepare crayfish, onions and the leaves
NOW LET US COOK THE JELLOF RICE
- Step 1
Put your frying pan on the fire allow it to dry and oiil as you want allow some seconds add sslt
Step 3
Add onions all some seconds and put the tomatoes
Step 3
Add Maggie, pepper and the meat you have already cooked
Turn it very well
Allow everything to boil together check it salt and pepper ones is done, put the rice on the fire tunr the stew into it and stir it very so that the rice will have one taste.
Add the water from the meat
When the rice is almost done you.add the curry and sent leaves
Your rice is done, it is now time to eat.
