Mango Patishapta Pitha/Mango Pancake Roll : Traditional Bengali recipe

Hello my lovely foodie Steemians 😊,How are you all ?So, I came back once again to share one of my favourite recipe .
Let's have a look guys,
Today I'm sharing Bengali traditional Patishapta Recipe - "Mango Patishapta/Mango pancake Roll" Recipe.

Ingredients:-

Ripe Mango - 4pc

Batter Making
1.Flour-1cup
2.Rice flour-1cup
3.Cooked Mango pulp - 1&1/2 cup
4.Suger- 4tbsp
5.Oil
6.Milk-600ml
7.Food colour - 1pinch

For Stuffing
1.Butter - 1tbsp
2.Semolina- 1cup
3.Milk - 400ml
4.Suger- 1/2 cup
5.Kheer- 1cup
6.Cardamom powder- 1/2tbsp
7.Normal Mango pulp - 1cup

How to make Mango Patisapta pitha

1st step

1.

Take 4 ripe Mangoes . And cut into small pieces .Then grind .

Now take a cup. Pour the fresh normal pulp from the mixture jar . And keep the cup a side.

2.

Now on the gass. Place a pan and pour the extra pulp of the jar and add 2tbsp suger and mix .

This is going to be used in next step.

2nd step

1.

Take a bowl.add 1cup of rice flour and flour .then add orange food colour and mix

Now add 600ml milk gradually. Make a perfect batter. You can check in the video of this recipe bellow this post.

Now add the cooked pulp .and again mix ..

Add 2tbsp of suger. And mix again properly.
The batter is ready.

3rd step

1.

On the gan .place a pan or kadai and add 1tbsp of butter and 1cup of semolina.

Now add 400ml milk gradually and stir .

Add 1/2 cup suger and the 1 cup of kheer . Now again mix all ingredients properly.

3.

Add the fresh pulp.and cardamom powder - 1/2 tbsp.

When you see the mixture coming out of the pan, keep stirring until it will be a tight stecture.

Now off the Gass and transfer the stuffing into a plate and spread it for cool down.

So, the batter is ready and also the stuffing.now let's go to the 4th and final step.

4th step

1.

On the gass. Heat a tawa or flat pan. And grease oil.
Take the batter with a spoon and pour in the centre of the pan.spread in a round shape
Place the mango semolina stuffing at the one end of the crepe.

2.

With the help of spatula .fold it gently to a roll from the side to stuffing and continue till end.

In this way repeat the process to prepare other Patishapta pitha.

You can use Sandes as stuffing.

Ready to serve.
